染色結(jié)束后，切片中見(jiàn)不到任何陽(yáng)性信號(hào)。這是常規(guī)工作中比較常見(jiàn)的現(xiàn)象，出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象，有兩種可能：1、真陰性結(jié)果：整個(gè)染色過(guò)程沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，組織或細(xì)胞確實(shí)不表達(dá)與抗體相關(guān)的抗原。
2、假陰性結(jié)果：即此陰性結(jié)果不是真實(shí)的反映。假陰性結(jié)果又可分為兩種情況：（1）、切片中根本就不包含所預(yù)期檢查的組織或細(xì)胞。出現(xiàn)這種情況，要麼是病理醫(yī)生選擇錯(cuò)了切片或抗體選錯(cuò)了，要麼是技術(shù)員選錯(cuò)了蠟塊。獲得正確的切片進(jìn)行染色是獲得正確結(jié)果的前提。由此表明：制作出合格的免疫組化切片不僅僅是技術(shù)員的事，病理醫(yī)生也起著*的作用。
