目前我國北方流感活動趨勢略有下降，南方地區(qū)流感活動呈整體上升趨緩，流感樣病例聚集性發(fā)熱疫情呈下降趨勢。總體上處于流感的一個高峰階段，不能放松警惕。
監(jiān)測顯示，2018年第二周，全國（未含港澳臺地區(qū)）報告流感樣病例聚集性發(fā)熱疫情119起，以乙型流感導致的聚集性疫情為主，近兩周流感樣病例聚集性疫情呈下降趨勢。目前，我國已建成了包括408家流感監(jiān)測網絡實驗室、554家哨點醫(yī)院的國ji*流感監(jiān)測網絡。
監(jiān)測顯示，今年流感的優(yōu)勢毒株是乙型流感的一個系，但甲型病毒也在同時流行，目前未發(fā)現耐藥性流感病毒變異。王大燕指出，目前各型別流感均未發(fā)現影響疾病嚴重性和耐藥性的流感病毒變異，不具備出現流感大流行的生物學基礎。預計多數地區(qū)隨著學校和托幼機構放假，季節(jié)性高峰將出現回落。
Wang Dayan, director of the National Influenza Center, said that the trend of influenza activity in the north of China has decreased slightly, and the influenza activity in the southern area has been rising and slowing down. The incidence of influenza like illness in the past two weeks showed a downward trend. At present, China has built up a national influenza surveillance network including 408 influenza surveillance network laboratories and 554 sentinel hospitals.
Monitoring showed that the dominant strain of influenza this year is a strain of influenza B, but the influenza A virus is also prevalent at the same time. At present, no drug-resistant influenza virus mutation has been found. Wang Dayan pointed out that at present, no influenza virus variants affecting the severity and resistance of influenza are found in all influenza types, and do not possess the biological basis of influenza pandemic. It is expected that the majority of areas with holiday schools and kindergartens, the seasonal peak will fall.
