在卵母細(xì)胞體  外培養(yǎng)中，隨著細(xì)胞逐漸成熟，線粒體會(huì)由在 細(xì)胞周邊分布發(fā)展  成均勻分布。線粒體在細(xì)胞質(zhì)中能以微管為導(dǎo) 軌、由馬達(dá)蛋白提  供動(dòng)力向功能旺盛的區(qū)域遷移。線粒體的化學(xué) 組分主要包括水、  蛋白質(zhì)和脂質(zhì)，此外還含有少量的輔酶等小分 子及核酸。蛋白質(zhì)  占線粒體干重的-%。線粒體中的蛋白質(zhì)既有可 溶的也有不溶的。  可溶的蛋白質(zhì)主要是位于線粒體基質(zhì)的酶和膜 的外周蛋白；不溶  的蛋白質(zhì)構(gòu)成膜的本體，其中一部分是鑲嵌蛋 白，也有一些是酶  。線粒體中脂類(lèi)主要分布在兩層膜中，占干重 的-%。在線粒體中  的磷脂占總脂質(zhì)的/以上。同種生物不同組織線 粒體膜中磷脂的量  相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。含豐富的心磷脂和較少的膽固醇是 線粒體在組成上與  細(xì)胞其他膜結(jié)構(gòu)的明顯差別。線粒體由外至內(nèi) 可劃分為線粒體外  膜（OMM）、線粒體膜間隙、線粒體內(nèi)膜（IMM ）和線粒體基質(zhì)四  個(gè)功能區(qū)。處于線粒體外側(cè)的膜彼此平行，都 是典型的單位膜。  其中，線粒體外膜較光滑，起細(xì)胞器界膜的作 用；線粒體內(nèi)膜則  向內(nèi)皺褶形成線粒體嵴，負(fù)擔(dān)更多的生化反應(yīng) 。

Mitochondria in the cytoplasm can use microtubules as guides and are driven by motor proteins to migrate to functional areas. The chemical components of mitochondria mainly include water, proteins, and lipids. In addition, they contain small amounts of small molecules such as coenzymes and nucleic acids. Protein accounts for -% of mitochondrial dry weight. Proteins in mitochondria are both soluble and insoluble. Soluble proteins are mainly the peripheral proteins of enzymes and membranes located in the mitochondrial matrix; insoluble proteins constitute the bulk of the membrane, some of which are mosaic proteins, and some are enzymes. Mitochondrial lipids are mainly distributed in two membranes, accounting for -% of dry weight. Phospholipids in the mitochondria account for/more than total lipids. The amount of phospholipids in the mitochondrial membranes of different organisms is relatively stable. The richness of cardiolipin and less cholesterol is a significant difference in the composition of mitochondria from other cellular membrane structures. Mitochondria from the outside to the inside can be divided into mitochondrial outer membrane (OMM), mitochondrial membrane space, mitochondrial inner membrane (IMM) and mitochondrial matrix four functional areas. The membranes on the outside of the mitochondria are parallel to each other and are typical unit membranes. Among them, the mitochondrial outer membrane is smooth and acts as the organelle membrane; the inner mitochondrial membrane folds inwards to form mitochondrial plaques, which are responsible for more biochemical reactions.
